Newsletter signup
When you enter your email address to receive the Leadership Desk Note, that address is submitted to Kit, the email-service provider that hosts the signup form. We use it to send the newsletter and related Leadership Desk updates. You can unsubscribe through the link in any email.
Website analytics
We use HeyCatch on this public website to understand page visits, clicks, and navigation. HeyCatch receives website interaction and session information. We do not connect these visits to an app account or add newsletter email addresses as analytics identities. This website analytics setup is separate from the optional Meta campaign measurement described below.
Campaign measurement
Kit receives campaign information, such as the source and campaign name in a signup link, so we can understand which invitations bring newsletter subscribers.
With your permission, we use the Meta pixel to measure visits and completed newsletter signups from our Facebook campaign. Meta may receive browser, device, page and advertising identifiers. We do not send the email address entered in the newsletter form to Meta through this pixel. You can decline optional measurement and still subscribe.
Please do not submit confidential situations
The newsletter form is for an email address only. Do not include confidential leadership situations, employee information, or other sensitive details in website forms.
The app is separate
The AI Leadership Desk app has its own account, membership, and product experience. This public-site notice does not describe the app’s separate terms, settings, or data practices. Review the information presented in the app before creating an account, purchasing membership, or entering a leadership situation.
